For Festival

FOR FESTIVAL — A work of art is growing under the hands of Val Campbell, seated, and should be finished well in time for next Sunday's Fall Festival at Cobblestone Farm. Watching, with another sample of rug making, is Helen Canter. Both women are members of the Ann Arbor Rug Hook-crafters' Guild, just one of many groups whose displays and demonstrations will be featured at the festival. In addition to 19th century costumes, crafts and collections, visitors can enjoy riding a horse-drawn farm wagon, many good things to eat, and "white elephant" sales. The festival will run from 1 to 5 p.m. at Cobblestone Farm,2781 Packard Road.
