Age 84, passed away Friday, January 20, 1984 at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the son of Charles A. and Harriet Barnett Pryce. He lived in Ann Arbor his entire life and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1927 as an Actuary. He was a member of Acacia Fraternity, associated with Brown Cress and Company and subsequently with Ann Arbor Trust Company until his retirement in June 1966. During that period, he held several offices, retiring as Vice President and Trust Officer. On September 1, 1928 he married Thelma B. LaFreniere of Detroit, Mich. She survives him as well as one daughter, Sally JoAnne Pryce of Ann Arbor. Over the years he was active in many organizations and was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the Muehlig Chapel on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society or to Individualized Home Nursing Patient Care Fund.
