Age 65, died suddenly Wednesday, July 9, 1986 at his home. He was born May 31, 1921 in Royal Oak, MI the son of Herman G. and Helen M. (Buchinger) Roth. Mr. Roth had been a
resident at
,,'as married
to Marjorie Hollis on June 24.1949. He
received his BA in Economics from the
University of Michigan in 1943 and
served as Lieutenant Commander in
the US Navy and was Executive officer
and Captain of Amphibious Ships 1942-
1946. He and his father owned Roth
Construction Company from 1946 tc "
1956. Mr. Roth was a Budget and Cost
Analyst for Ford Motor Company 1956-
1958; Manager of Government and
Commercial Contracts for Bendix Cor-
poration 1958-1978; and had been Assis-
tant Vice President and Trust Officer
for Citizens Trust since 1979. He was a
member of St. Andrew's Episcopal
Church. Mr. Roth is survived by his
wife Marjorie; one daughter. Ann
Roth, of Bath. ME: three sons, Thomas
H. of Minneapolis, MN, John R. and
James B., both of Boston. MA; two
grandsons. Christopher and Geoffrey
of Minneapolis; one brother. Carl G.
Roth, of Louisville. KY; one uncle, Eu-
gene F. Roth, of Frankenmuth, MI;

one niece and three nephews. Crema-
tion has taken place. Memorial ser-
vices will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at
St. Andrews Episcopal Church with the
Rev. Harvey Outline officiating. Inter-
ment will follow immediately in the
Memorial Garden of St. Andrews. In
lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may
be made to St. Andrews Episcopal
Church Endowment Fund. The family
will receive friends immediately fol-
