Mall facelift in full swing
Workers late last week completed putting a new face on the Liberty Street side of the former Tally Hall (left), christening the combination mall-parking structure as Liberty Square (right), part of a larger facelift to revitalize the mall. A new management team, the Fourmidable Group, hopes to attract new retail tenants to the $10 million structure, which has had problems filling its available 35,000 square-feet of space.
