Age 65, died Sunday, March 20, 1988 at the University Hospital after an extended illness. She was born May 3, 1922 in Ann Arbor, a daughter of Clarence and Mary (Grayer) Muirhead. She was a life long Ann Arbor resident and was a member of Bethel AME Church. She was a former nurse at Veterans Hospital for 15 years and former director of the Model Cities Dental Clinic. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Dempsey and Carmen Taylor of Newark, N.J.; two grandsons and two granddaughters. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Muehlig Chapel with the Rev. John A. Woods officiating.
