David Pennington of Ann Arbor has been appointed principal of Milan Middle School. He succeeds Kenneth Spurr. Pennington came to Milan in 1965 as a junior high language arts and social studies teacher. He was assistant principal at Milan High from 1968 to 1974. Since 1976, he's been assistant principal at Milan Middle School. He holds two EMU degrees.
