Age 95, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 1994 at the Whitehall Convalescent Home. She married Adolph C. Wiese on May 10, 1924 and he preceded her in death on June 4, 1972. Mrs. Wiese was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church and the womens group of the church. She was also a member of the American Legion Post #46 Auxiliary. She had worked for the United States Post Office before her retirement. Survivors include her daughter, Helen (John L.) Snuverink; two grandchildren, Scott Snuverink of Ann Arbor and Lynn (Jerry) Copa of Dearborn; three sister-in-laws, Mrs. Joan Wiese, Mrs. Alvina Warner, and Mrs. Catherine (Alex) Wares. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Dorothy Wiese. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, October 10 at the MUEHLIG FUNERAL CHAPEL with the Rev. Charles Akre officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to Zion Lutheran Church Recital Fund. Friends may call at the chapel on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
