Cramer, Patricia M.
Ann Arbor, MI
Age 74, died May 9, at the Riverview Nursing Home after nearly sixty years of success in dealing with Diabetes. She was born July 21, 1921 in Indianapolis, IN, to Harry L. and Maye (Strait) Stearns. On May 29, 1942, she married Harold R. (Bob) Cramer; he preceded her in death in 1985. She is survived by two sons, Don and Mark, both of Ypsilanti; one sister, Jeanne of Sun City West, AZ; two brothers, Harry of Lake City, MI, and Bill of Sun City, AZ; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jeanne Beth Kuhl, in 1991. Pat was an active member of the First Congregational Church of Ypsilanti, both in the choir and in the establishment of a Head Start program in the late 1960s. She was an avid keeper of houseplants, with a large cactus collection. In the latter part of her life, she was constantly accompanied by one or more Manx cats. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 19 at the First Congregational Church of Ypsilanti with the Rev. John Rohde presiding. Memorial contributions may be made in Pat's name to the Humane Society of Huron Valley, the American Diabetes Association or the Congregational Church. arrangements by MUEHLIG CHAPEL.
