Age 81, passed away November 25, 2005 at her residence. She was born August 1, 1924 in Oconto, WI to Ransom (Laurina) Rhode. On December 29, 1945 she married Donald Allen Bitters in Oconto, WI and he preceded her in death on April 25, 1996. Ann is survived by one son: Scott (Shirley) Bitters of Dexter, two daughters: Beth Cook of Tecumseh, Pamela (Bernie) Howe of Greensboro, NC, eight grandchildren, one sister; Beatrice Messenger of WI, one brother: Ransom Rhode Jr. of WI. Ann also worked periodically with her husband at Modern Cam & Tool Co. in Taylor a company they founded in 1971. She also enjoyed her Bridge Club meetings, and Senior Citizen activities with friends. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5-8 pm, at the Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home in Milan. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Marble Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Red Cross. Friends may sign her register book at www.ochalekstark.com.
