cute read submitted by ssmyth on June 26, 2013, 8:48am I found this book during the 2012 summer game. It was a very cute read. Queen Elizabeth begins to read in earnest and finds out she just LOVES to read!
A must read for book lovers submitted by A2AE on June 24, 2020, 6:30am A wonderful, humorous novella that every book lover should read.
Delightful submitted by Susan4Pax -prev. sueij- on August 5, 2022, 11:07pm The initial premise of this book was just delightful (that the Queen of England discovered a bookmobile and felt it necessary to borrow a book), and hijinks ensued. I thought the middle was a bit of a stretch for my understanding of the monarch, but that was OK. I liked the way that those around her interacted with the Queen (so we saw a change in her, and it caused a ripple effect that was fun to watch). Then the ending was just delightful. All in all, a quick but enjoyable read.
