COMMUNITY REVIEWS
Not what I was expecting... submitted by sfrantom on July 22, 2018, 4:41pm This book was exhausting. I found the writing style both overly sensual (rather than scientific) and thoroughly distracting, bouncing from one topic to another; one paragraph alone could have seemingly disconnected snippets about cattle ranching, speed walking, and the history of bath tubs! The positive side is that it did heighten my awareness of what I hear and feel and I'm taking moments to acknowledge the pleasant sights and sounds around me.
