Great Illustrations & Diversity submitted by Meginator on June 16, 2017, 10:36pm I absolutely loved the animation style of this book, and very much appreciated the diversity of the astronauts within. A lot of readers will be able to see themselves in this book, and representation matters in contexts like these. The book is planned well and covers several unexpected aspects of astronaut training that kids might not know about, such as pool training and the zero-g airplanes. This is the kind of book that can get kids excited about outer space and, more generally, about science, and my niece and I really enjoyed it.
