COMMUNITY REVIEWS
great submitted by karenkay on July 15, 2011, 6:31pm This series of books is an easy way to get history across to kids. Easy, interesting and fun to read. I enjoyed reading them as well. They don't shy away from telling the truth about some awful things that happened in the past, so you may not want to read them to young children.
Graphic and Slightly Male-centric submitted by Lady Macbeth on July 14, 2019, 5:49pm This was one of those books written in the distant past (2002) that was clearly directed to boys. It self-inserts you into history as a man (as most of the books in this series do) and leans into the graphic while being, for the most part, accurate to the topic.
