humorous mystery

Steven enjoys helping his neighbor, Mr Chickee, with his weekly grocery shopping. One week, Mr Chickee gives him a mysterious bill with 15 zeroes and then leaves on a trip. What will Steven do? And why do secret agents start following him after giving the party line about the highest denomination bills in circulation?
This is a fun story. There is adventure, intrigue, a sprinkling of peril, and lots of humor. It's especially funny to hear how Steven thinks of his parents - he respects them to be sure, but he also is spot on in his observations of how they will react to a given situation. I also enjoy the sense of time; for example: "I read it for hours; okay, a few minutes; okay, maybe 15 seconds."
We listened to this as a BOCD and enjoyed the narrator. We had read Mr Chickee's Messy Mission before this one, and enjoyed that as well. You don't need to read them in order, although some parts of Messy Mission are clarified if you read (or listen to) this one first.
