Fascinatiing Memoir about TS submitted by sdunav on June 17, 2013, 2:23pm Very interesting, funny, well-written memoir about growing up Mormon, dealing with tics in high school (and afterwards, too), weight-training, marriage, mission work, infertility, and adoption. Hanagarne's family - especially his mother - were incredibly supportive of him, even when he was flailing around (both literally and figuratively) in his 20's.
Solid memoir submitted by emjane on July 1, 2015, 5:55pm There's a little bit of everything in this memoir: Tourette's, Mormonism, weight training, and, of course, librarianship. Though parts of the strength training gets a bit long, Hanagarne is an affable subject and the book is worth reading.
