Traditional version of the story, funny pictures submitted by willow on June 21, 2015, 6:26pm James Marshall's drawings are a wonderful addition to the traditional story. And yes, two of the pigs are eaten by the wolf, and the wolf gets eaten at the end.

Who's afraid? submitted by FordAlpha on August 27, 2022, 6:30pm It's a little bit difficult to be afraid of anything in James Marshall's whimsical illustration style, but this telling of The Three Little Pigs doesn't shy away from the body count. I prefer Paul Galdone's version overall, but Marshall's is also great for fans of the traditional (i.e., lethal) pig-and-wolf tale.
