Good early chapter book submitted by skiger on August 1, 2020, 1:55pm This book is great for kids who like fantasy and are learning to read or listen to chapter books. There is at least one picture on every set of pages which keeps the interest of my reader (who listens to but doesn't read chapter books yet). The fantasy was also good - fairies, trolls and humans.

The stories are a little predictable and honestly the tropes are a little boring and old fashioned...prince doesn't have friends and can't play with a peasant girl, queen looses a jeweled necklace, prince and girl find it and are now allowed to be friends.
