Marlee submitted by mwallagm on July 16, 2013, 9:21am I loved this book! This is a fantastic story that taught me a lot. It takes place in 1958 in Little Rock, Arkansas and is about a girl named Marlee. When a new student comes to her class, Marlee learns that friendship is important no matter who you are. She finds her voice and courage during a dangerous time for her, her family, and especially her good friend Liz. I picked it up without knowing the great writing Kristin Levine would bestow upon me. YOU SHOULD READ THIS!!!

So Good submitted by Laughter on June 16, 2020, 12:10pm I really loved reading this book about the two girls who become inseparable because of their bond. Even through the things that arise they stick close together. I recommend this to any girl because it is so good.
