Emphasis on "Was" submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 10:20am This book has everything: a plot that plays with cultural stalwarts (here, brave knights and terrible dragons), charming character design, a sense of humor that will appeal to readers of all ages, and a gentle moral lesson that fits with the story without being overly didactic. I knew from looking at the hijinks on the cover that I would love this book, and as it turns out I was entirely correct: I laughed out loud on almost every other page (and maybe more) and immediately shared it with someone else. This book is a highlight for sure.
