Menu plans submitted by ssands on August 15, 2018, 2:54pm I've tried one of the weekly menus. I liked most of the dishes. I did substitute tofu for steak. Most dishes included meat, so it's possible for a vegetarian to substitute, but it's not perhaps the mindless shop, cook, eat experience that one might be looking for. The shopping list also included 9 cups of blueberries and 23 limes. I eliminated one dessert because of that. I really like the idea of preparing a big batch of food during spare time and then using those things in different meals through the week, and that is the sort of cooking here.
