Warning to Parents submitted by pamrbak on August 6, 2022, 7:57am Yesterday I tried telling my six-year-old that, "Even princesses don't get everything they want, when they want it, all the time." She quickly retorted that she knows that they do because she read it in a book. We have many princess books from the library right now, and it turns out THIS book was the culprit. Yes, the princess is skilled at engineering, but this book also has the disturbing message that it is okay to be trapped in a castle with no friends forever. Hard un-recommend.
