Dr. Michael Greger's first book, "How Not to Die," presented the scientific evidence behind the only diet that can prevent and reverse many of the causes of premature death and disability. Now, Dr. Greger puts that science into action with this cookbook. From Superfood Breakfast Bites to Spaghetti Squash Puttanesca to Two-Berry Pie with Pecan-Sunflower Crust, every recipe offers a delectable, easy-to-prepare, plant-based dish to help anyone eat their way to better health.

Nah submitted by keldan315 on August 4, 2018, 1:43pm This is pretty much any normal, light cookbook. The relationship to the how not to die book isn't clear.
The how not to die Cookbook : : 100+ Recipes to Help Prevent and Reverse Disease submitted by lstorc on July 20, 2019, 7:42pm Doctor recommended and patient approved! This is a helpful book, especially if you are interested in lowering or eliminating animal based foods.
Worth a look submitted by kimberlina on July 20, 2022, 12:00pm Contains many easy to prepare plant based/whole food recipes made from easy to find ingredients. This cookbook is very usable and would be a nice addition to any kitchen looking for a “healthier” meal plan. I prefer this cookbook to the How Not to Diet cookbook. There are more recipes we use and like in it
