Wish I had more than a week! submitted by Brodhisattva on April 23, 2015, 7:31pm I can't explain how stoked I was to take this home - The Sub Phatty gives you the power and versatility of an analog synth, but is surprisingly easier to use than I expected. If you're new to synths, it can be a little intimidating, but the preset patches sound great, so you can always return to those if your sound gets out of hand. I plan on checking it out again once it's available, because I feel that I was just starting to understand how everything works by the time I had to return it.

It's incredibly powerful and versatile, and a lot of fun to play with for the musically inclined and those just starting out!

Can't wait to try it! submitted by hathaway1066 on July 7, 2015, 8:17am Haven't tried this yet but the name 'Moog' for a musical instrument is redolent with associations--Motown music often had the unique Moog-sound, IIRC. Getting our household's hands on this and seeing what we can do with it will be a true joy. AADL, you (once again for the billionth time) rock!
