great submitted by hollieesper121573 on August 9, 2017, 7:33am They have come out with so many of these it was getting a little old but i really liked this one. It had a great story and lots of action

fate of tue furious submitted by avrogers1 on August 12, 2017, 11:32pm I have always been a huge fast and the furious fan. I have been since the first film. However, I think it's time to let them ride out into the sun set. The first movies are awesome. . .(Except Tokyo Drift, I didn't like that one) Lots of cars and action and now I feel like they have traded cars for just action and cameos of old characters. I liked that they tried to do something different from the last few movies, but I think it's clear they are running out of material. There weren't even that many awesome cars in it. The last few movies have been a real let down!

surprising great submitted by leea on August 15, 2017, 9:29am I love those cars race screen: on the ice of the Barents Sea, on the street of New York city and on shores of Cuba. They are quite entertaining.

fate of the furious submitted by dree411 on August 31, 2017, 9:35pm I didn't have high expectations of the next movie in the serious but was happily surprised

Holy Cow!! submitted by plai on August 6, 2019, 5:56pm Wow! The actions scenes were most awesome!! Have not seen such craziest in a long while. Makes me want to watch the movie again...like right after I finished watching it 5 minutes ago!

Doesn't Use Its Characters Well submitted by Meginator on August 5, 2020, 5:06pm After a couple of uninspiring missteps, the Fast & Furious franchise recovers some of its swagger in this installment, which takes the tight-knit core group and attempts to throw a wrench into their chemistry. Unfortunately, the storyline posits a betrayal that is so very obviously coerced that even the supposedly betrayed characters don’t bother pretending to believe it, hardly giving viewers the opportunity to question anyone’s motives (or, indeed, the general flow of the plot). This completely and utterly robs the film of any emotional core it may have had and instead relegates it to being an explosion-happy action flick that rests on a series of increasingly implausible coincidences and plot twists. However, as unrealistic as it gets, the film is at least fun, and it does involve one genuine street race and enough creative set pieces that the plot tying them together hardly matters. The series is clearly well past its prime and has lost much of its charm, but at least it has gone from utterly preposterous (and mildly insulting) to cheerfully ridiculous, which isn’t a bad place at all for an action film to end up.

Eh submitted by Maria Maguire on August 8, 2023, 11:46pm Low tier for the franchise, in my opinion.

Much more serious than the others submitted by msi61 on August 11, 2023, 10:19pm But still filled with action - that’s what the franchise is for! Charlize Theron as the villain is a great cast and you hang on to her every word, not knowing what she is thinking!
