Lorde brings more of her trademark vocal styles and twisty lyrics to this album, which feels like a more refined version of her debut. The album has surprising depth, considering how young Lorde still is, and a remarkably coherent artistic vision. Lorde absolutely hits it out of the park here.

Feels like Teenhood submitted by dntanzer on August 31, 2018, 2:45pm This album captures the feelings of growing up, falling in love, and being a teenager trying to find their place in the world. The music is beautiful and sometimes haunting. Lorde's voice and style are excellent!
