OK submitted by sandylib123 on July 9, 2011, 10:01pm Movie was not good as the book

lost without the book submitted by ferdoble on July 31, 2011, 9:43pm This is one of those movies that tries to capture a really good book and fails. It isn't bad, but you should really read the book before hand, so that you know what is going on. if you don't, you'll be completely lost.

Better as a book submitted by srclark734 on July 9, 2014, 3:08pm This was a alright I enjoyed watching it but it was by no means good. You should however read the book

Decent submitted by kelleyc on July 30, 2016, 8:29am I'm devotedly attached to the book, and this was an enormous let-down.

Try the book, before the movie submitted by purchasingqueen on August 16, 2016, 4:10pm As is often the case, the book is much more detailed and therefore, better, than the movie. The ending is an OBVIOUS ploy for the second installment of the story.

Disappointing submitted by zmclaugh on August 2, 2018, 5:27pm Because of all the drama surrounding the making of this movie, it ended up bad. Read the book instead.
