cool submitted by manz on July 10, 2018, 2:44pm The Science Comics series has some really cool books! Dinosaurs, dogs, rockets... it's a great way to have even more fun reading nonfiction topics --- in comic form! Amazing stuff.

Cute Comics submitted by gem on July 10, 2018, 9:50pm Just finished this book. Cute comics helped to teach the information. I didn't agree with some of the information, but was wholly glad that someone had written a book to help others understand how important it is to care for our Coral reefs. Note to students: This would be a very helpful book to help understand the classifications for biology or perhaps science.

best of the series submitted by camelsamba on June 25, 2019, 9:54pm The illustrations are wonderfully detailed, given that it is a comic (rather than scientifically-accurate illustration). The content is great as well. The presentation starts at a broad level and then spirals in to provide more detail - a really great mix. This sets a high bar for the Science Comics series - it's definitely the best of the ones I've read.

Great info! submitted by Xris on August 28, 2022, 12:13pm Great info about the coral reefs for kids, so they know how important they are and what happens with climate change. I now understand coral bleaching better, because now I know it's the tiny algae (Zooxanthellae) that leave the coral and its symbiotic relationship because of ocean warming.
