Very interesting graphic novel submitted by mickplu on July 22, 2018, 2:03pm I don't usually like graphic novels, but this one is worthwhile. In approximately 4 - 6 pages you are introduced to a new, different woman who "rocked the world" through politics, activism, ingenuity, business savvy, or heroics. Since there's an international flair to the book, you will learn about historical leaders from Ndongo and Caliente. You will be introduced to some interesting professions such as volcanologist and crime scene miniaturist. Interesting reading and the short "chapters" make it a great book to read while waiting for an appointment.

Multinational cross generational feminism submitted by mowjac on August 22, 2018, 8:58am Reading this book I think of all the possible stories and how they could change our world by seeing the diversity of women, all colors, races and beliefs, doing what they believed in---I want some of these in film! All the stories are brief (sadly) and whimsically illustrated. I hope she does the next 30 she lists in the back! Fun, interesting and enjoyable.

Badass Book submitted by amandasreel on August 31, 2018, 10:18pm I loved this book! Very digestible chunks of inspiring stories from history, many that were new to me. A diverse collection gathered into a cute compilation.
