Sequel to Tower of Dawn.
"Years in the making, Sarah J. Maas's #1 New York Times bestselling Throne of Glass series draws to an epic, unforgettable conclusion. Aelin Galathynius's journey from slave to king's assassin to the queen of a once-great kingdom reaches its heart-rending finale as war erupts across her world. . . Aelin has risked everything to save her people-but at a tremendous cost. Locked within an iron coffin by the Queen of the Fae, Aelin must draw upon her fiery will as she endures months of torture. Aware that yielding to Maeve will doom those she loves keeps her from breaking, though her resolve begins to unravel with each passing day... With Aelin captured, Aedion and Lysandra remain the last line of defense to protect Terrasen from utter destruction. Yet they soon realize that the many allies they've gathered to battle Erawan's hordes might not be enough to save them. Scattered across the continent and racing against time, Chaol, Manon, and Dorian are forced to forge their own paths to meet their fates. Hanging in the balance is any hope of salvation-and a better world. And across the sea, his companions unwavering beside him, Rowan hunts to find his captured wife and queen-before she is lost to him forever. As the threads of fate weave together at last, all must fight, if they are to have a chance at a future. Some bonds will grow even deeper, while others will be severed forever in the explosive final chapter of the Throne of Glass series."--provided by publisher.

Conclusion to a beautiful story submitted by steveiew on June 14, 2019, 10:00am This book does a great job tying in elements from all the previous books in the series. It is filled with action and heartache. I really love how it ties up all the loose ends of the other books.

Thrilling conclusion! submitted by nsvinicki on June 21, 2019, 9:53am I'm so grateful that Maas gave her fans a happy ending for this story. The story had all the twists and surprises I've come to expect from Maas, and the journey was beautiful. I haven't been able to stop re-reading this since I got it last October!!!

A lovely ending submitted by Nay7 on August 15, 2020, 10:45pm Satisfying finish to a great series

An interesting finale submitted by meerakmr on August 19, 2022, 1:30pm Aelin's emotion through captivity was extraordinarily written and heartbreaking to read. This book was amazing, as all the characters come together for their final fights, facing love and loss and fighting amongst new allies. The ending was great with all of its symbolism, though what happened to Aelin was very sad. The world Maas creates is astounding in its detail and feeling, and this book just gives more for the world building.

satisfying conclusion to epic fantasy series submitted by sarajacks on June 28, 2023, 12:37pm Kingdom of Ash wraps up Aelin's journey quite well and also leaves room for future books to follow Aelin, her court, Dorian, and the Witches. The book is emotional, intense, and will keep you hooked from start to finish.

Kingdom of Ash submitted by bookworms216 on July 6, 2023, 7:56pm one of my favorite series. This book was a great conclusion and ending
