Think "Up" but with no flying houses submitted by Lady Macbeth on July 26, 2019, 11:36am This is one of those great books that is aimed at children but is written so well that adults don't mind being pulled along for the ride. The ending is a little bittersweet (and reminiscent of Grease), but other than that, I adore it.
