Astonishingly far-reaching essays submitted by sVfGI7Glt2pz7GZgVB90 on August 19, 2020, 6:43am One of the most exciting and enlightening books I have read in a long while. In her collection of essays, Jia writes with such wit and warmth on a lot of what has been on my mind about today's society. I was nodding throughout.

Really wanted to be about something... submitted by avandeusen on July 17, 2021, 10:48am ..but the messages are muddled. Almost like an actual trick mirror.

Insightful submitted by shannonwait on July 9, 2022, 8:38am Tolentino is very insightful and culturally aware. Many times she put into words ideas that I'd felt about society and growing up a millennial woman. My only criticism is that it doesn't hang together as a book all that well--it feels like a collection of articles.
