Great YA topical novel submitted by Xris on September 5, 2020, 7:04pm It's one of those novels that changes speakers for every chapter, but this one goes between two girls, one black, and one white, as they traverse a Friday night where a fight breaks out at the football game and they're just trying to get home. I'm always looking for books to help me understand different perspectives and this one is one of them. Like one of the people who reviewed the book said, once you start reading, you can't stop. :)
