Told in two voices, sixteen-year-old Audre and Mabel, both young women of color from different backgrounds, fall in love and figure out how to care for each other as one of them faces a fatal illness.

Trinidad culture submitted by Xris on June 16, 2023, 12:43am Great way to learn more about the Trinidad culture. Lesbian love throughout, but lots of loss and pain and sadness, too. Interesting ending, and I listened to all the songs in the playlist at the end too.
