Meera Sodha is a go-to resource submitted by bec on August 8, 2022, 12:49pm Meera Sodha's first cookbook, Made in India, is one of my favorites. She's also a great resource for vegan and vegetarian recipes, and this book gives you so many good meals to try. Her recipes are easy to follow and the food is delicious every time.
