COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Thoughtful read submitted by tcramer318 on June 10, 2022, 5:55pm I came to this book thinking it was some kind of anti-work screed. Instead, I found it to be a thoughtful book that focuses a lot on self-care and mental well-being. The author seems a lot more relatable than other self-help writers, and the tone is never condescending. This book has changed the way I think about how I spend my time outside of my working hours, and I would recommend it to anyone who feels like they're not enough for being exhausted or burnt out these days. I look forward to seeing more of Devon Price's work in the future.
