Good game for middle age teens submitted by mowjac on April 16, 2021, 5:33pm We played this with our nephew a lot when he was 11-14. It offers a lot of variation of play, requires a bit of thought but not so much its stressful and gives the team a fair chance (unlike Pandemic, which is tougher to win).

A Fun, Quick Game! submitted by amalaiba on December 23, 2021, 9:53pm We enjoyed the novelty of "sinking" tiles, interesting artwork, and quick game play. The instructions were easy to understand and the set up is not complicated, nor does it require a lot of space. Similar to Pandemic--I like that the game doesn't end until the escape from Fool's Landing.

Good one submitted by alotofaxolotl on June 10, 2022, 5:21pm We tried Hidden Desert version and prefer this one. Good for a wide range of ages but probably not younger than 7 and that's even pushing it because of the attention span required. It's a cooperative game, which is nice. If a player is very anxious though, the rising water level could be too much. The pictures on the cards are quite attractive and mysterious. We have won and lost. You can start an easier level which will make it easier to win.

Fun! submitted by 21621032124198 on July 17, 2022, 1:28pm I am 8. I like how the adventurers have different roles and the game is challenging. It was fun to collect all the treasures.

Family-friendly, but not too complex submitted by samuelbs on July 16, 2023, 9:57pm 2–4 Players. Simple cooperative game. Family-friendly. In my opinion finding a solution is a bit too straight forward. Because of the low complexity, the game is vulnerable to quarterbacking.
