A well-written depressing book submitted by Bethybeth07 on June 25, 2022, 9:00pm This memoir is very well written, and shows a side of cancer that one might normally see. It is a very heavy book that leaves the reader more aware of the struggles of cancer and recovery

Beautifully written submitted by adimarzo on July 18, 2023, 9:13pm This memoir is beautifully written. I listened to the audiobook read by the author and I appreciated hearing it in her own voice. The first half of the book covers her battle with leukemia and the second half her recovery and how much harder life "after" cancer was than she expected.
