Bletchley Park submitted by leea on July 26, 2022, 9:19pm A debutante, an impoverished dreamer, and a spinster, the most unlikely of friends, come together to work in Bletchley Park: Britain's best kept war secret. Using each of their individual talents, these three women will help change the course of World War II.
Engaging WWII historical fiction novel submitted by emilycx11 on August 10, 2022, 9:20pm This book centers around three very different women who all end up working as codebreakers at Bletchly Park during WWII. The book alternates between the past and the present while trying to solve the mystery of who was a traitor at Bletchly Park. Engaging and informative.
Pleasantly surprised! submitted by jessiesummers on June 14, 2023, 9:00pm I don’t have a lot of experience with historical fiction, so I was skeptical. It’s a slow start building the characters involved in the story, but I loved the ending and that they directly addressed at the end of the book what was fact and what was fiction for the story’s sake. Would reccomend!
Great World War II novel submitted by vickik on June 28, 2024, 9:11am This is a wonderful novel about three women who were code-breakers at Bletchley Park during World War II. The book alternates between two timelines, one set during the war and one several years afterwards, as the women search for a traitor in their midst.
Great read submitted by lucajl on August 13, 2024, 7:27pm Really wonderful story and enjoyed the alternating timelines.
