Really good thriller, the best by Louise Penny yet. Thanks Hillary! submitted by 21621031390949 on June 10, 2022, 9:17pm Yes! Really good thriller, a real page-turner. A couple of sweet surprises from Penny near the end, and a lot more action throughout the book than we ever see in Three Pines. Less cafe au lait and brioche, but still all the good relationships.

I hope these two authors team up again. One weird error in the story, though: MRIs don't use or emit radiation. A little more fact-checking needed

Fast paced thriller submitted by SAC on August 17, 2022, 9:19pm This fast paced thriller involves a U.S. Sec of State and her loyal aide who battle a mysterious group trying to overthrow the US government. It’s a definite page turner and seems like a realistic depiction of the Sec of State’s awesome responsibilities.
