The Fun Is in the Details submitted by Meginator on July 2, 2023, 11:21am The bright colors and cute, cartoony design make this puzzle a lot of fun to put together, with much of the challenge coming from the combination of a blue background and blue feathers (very tricky in suboptimal lighting). The musical notation and slight variations in coloration make the background easier to figure out than it may first appear, and most of the pieces include some feathers, making the finale come together relatively quickly. The birds share just enough colors and features to make you think, but are ultimately unique enough that each comes together nicely; this is definitely one of those puzzles that encourages you to appreciate the details of the artwork as it comes together into a larger image.

A fantastic family puzzle submitted by FordAlpha on August 9, 2025, 9:12pm This adorable puzzle was a delight to build, with very little challenge but lots of puzzley details. It was a good experience to build together with my kids. Also, as cutiefied as the birds are, they are totally recognizable as real species, many of which I've seen in my Ann Arbor backyard. The Northern Flicker (upper left corner) is one of my favorites!
