wonderful submitted by bec on June 19, 2024, 3:58pm First of all, the recipes are great- we've loved everything we've made from this book. More than that, this cookbook movingly intertwines the recipes with memoir-like short essays and a really nuanced expertise in history, food, and culture. Highly recommend this one.
