Exquisite Writing submitted by pjaynes on June 28, 2023, 5:16pm I was mesmerized by Imbler's writing from the first page. They seamlessly wove information about the sea creatures with their personal narratives. Their writing made scientific facts interesting and compelling. At the same time, they made their personal stories and insights expand and connect with the larger world. Reading this, I felt so intimately seen, but also like such a small piece of this wondrous universe. I have given this book to several people because I love it so much.
