Heartwarming and funny submitted by Jane Lloyd on July 14, 2023, 7:33pm I loved getting to spend this time with Maddie. The writing is modern and has a clear voice- a great read if you’ve ever struggled with growing into your own, managing parents and familial expectations from different sides of the world, or ever visited London. The connection between the author and the main character was clear and compelling. I enjoyed rooting for her.
