Encouraging and inspiring for all ages! submitted by toridchen on June 11, 2023, 9:32pm See Us Bloom is both beautiful in it’s verse and illustrations. As it takes you on a journey of a young mixed-race boy starting at a new school, you are reminded and empowered to know your worth, face your fears, and embrace your true self in new and daunting situations. I would recommend this book to anyone and have already read it to my students! The author, Kyunghee Kim, is truly brilliant!

The messages of encouragement and self confidence are great. I read it with a 4 year old. I think it is more suitable for 6-7+.
