Not all short stories, but mostly winners! submitted by gbrandol on June 21, 2024, 7:48pm At least 3 over 100 pages, but some real zingers, including a visit with the father from Cujo. LOVED Danny Coughlin's Bad Dream.

Well worth the wait to get this book! submitted by mickplu on June 30, 2024, 10:15am Usually, with a compilation of short stories, I find some great ones, and the rest are only so-so. This was not the case with You Like It Darker. Even my least favorites in this book were very good. Some of the short stories could be classified as novelettes as they are over 100 pages, but all are worthwhile. My favorites were Two Talented Bastids, The Fifth Step, The Turbulence Expert, and The Answer Man. Rattlesnakes was downright hauntingly good.

Great submitted by manz on September 13, 2024, 1:56pm I really enjoyed this collection! It's King's best collection in years. The hype is real! I was in tears by the end. Faves were: Two Talented Bastids, Rattlesnakes, The Answer Man, and Danny Coughlin's Bad Dream.
