COMMUNITY REVIEWS

decent movie submitted by jszchen on August 22, 2011, 9:25pm I enjoyed this movie and some Japanese history

The Last Samurai submitted by DBJC on July 9, 2013, 12:06pm I really like this movie. There are differing opinions about this movie, but it's definitely not terrible. Not at all! The acting is substantial, the music is great, and the scenery is beautiful. It probably isn't the best movie to write a history paper about, but I think it's a good movie for those who don't really like history. I would recommend this movie to action lovers and those who are interested in Japanese history but don't know where to start.

Pleasant to watch, but really silly. submitted by Tassos on January 6, 2019, 8:44am A fairy tale for grownups. Still, not unwatchable.
