Long tail is a big trend that we shouldn't overlook submitted by mmitchel on January 25, 2007, 9:18pm Chris Anderson has captured a new trend that will affect the future of business. Once you read it you'll understand why Amazon and NetFlix will continue to prosper while brick and mortar stores may falter.
