Not for Young Readers submitted by amykmilligan on June 17, 2015, 6:40pm I loved this comic and am a huge fan of this new version of Ms. Marvel. However, I found that the content was not quite appropriate for my 9-year-old daughter, who I had hoped to share it with. Perhaps in a year or two - or maybe just classify as "PG-13". But if you're older than that, it is a great story and an awesome heroine.

Kamala khan is awesome!!!!! submitted by sbeegees on August 8, 2016, 10:24am Ms marvel is a amazing superhero!

Good beginning submitted by ashflowtuff on June 22, 2017, 8:00am I like the introduction of Kamala Khan, and I'm looking forward to continuing the story in the next volumes.

Too Good, Great Start submitted by timdufresne on July 5, 2018, 9:07pm G. Willow Wilson drops us into a beautifully vibrant and lively Jersey City. Full of the kind of relationships and tensions that can only exist in a beautifully diverse city full of caring citizens. Kamala's is the story of so many teenagers struggling to fit in and find their place, cranked up to 11 by a cloud of Terrigen Mist and a call to action from her hallucinatory idols.

The universality to this first enrte to the world of the new Ms. Marvel is a huge strength, but Wilson firmly grounds Kamala's struggles in their own unique space too. Thematically broad with touching and personal details. This Jersey City is a rich tapestry ready to be explored.

Wonderful Beginning submitted by majean on August 9, 2018, 6:43pm I don't know much about the previous Ms. Marvel, and I really don't have to to love this new series.

avengers submitted by Zaneeba on June 15, 2019, 5:40pm do not read this book i don;t like it

nice! submitted by Kadydja13 on July 14, 2019, 4:39pm i love the representation kamala khan gives.

Great Book submitted by Sa05k on August 28, 2020, 4:59pm This is a book I own and enjoy! First, I like the representation of Kamala Khan and her family. It’s not stereotypical and it can relate to a Muslim girl. I also like the overall story and it wanted to make me keep reading to the next volume.

Awesome submitted by desuka81 on July 26, 2021, 11:14pm It is really good comic

Great Debut of a Great Character submitted by berger_d on August 28, 2022, 11:05am With the new Disney+ show out, hopefully everyone will be heading back to the source material. Kamala is Spider-Man for the oughts, a relatable superhero, a representation of folks we haven't traditionally seen in comics, and just a great character in great stories.
