AHOY there, LANDLUBBERS! Put on your water shoes because we are talking BOATS! Before we get into the nitty-gritty, fun facts about BOATS, we need to be sure we all know the different parts of a BOAT! For example, the STARBOARD is the right side and PORT is the left side (when you're facing the front, or BOW, of the ship). The HULL is the main body of the vessel. So we've covered the MAiN, LEFT, RIGHT, and FRONT, of the ship, but what about the REAR? It's okay if you don't know, because I'm about to tell ya! The rear end of the ship is called the STERN!
