What Was Chappaquiddick?

The summer of ‘69 was an infamous summer and this incident is one of the reasons. Sometimes infamous or bad things happen somewhere that just using the name of the city, state or place infers meaning - the name is synonymous with the event. Think Chernobyl, Watergate, The Alamo, or Dealey Plaza. This week - it's Chappaquiddick.
